I am Shreya Sethi, internationally registered 500 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher. I have been teaching Yoga since 7 years and I have taught in different countries including Jamaica, Canada & Singapore.

I was a high school Psychology teacher in Delhi and it is a privilege to help people live better. I am a Holistic Health Coach and my main work is to change mindset.

Shreya is one of the most hardworking people I know. She is also one of the best teachers I have come across. She encouraged and motivated me very well. She has good knowledge of her subject and has keen observation skills. She was able to identify errors in my posture through online classes and also guided me beautifully to overcome those errors.

Shreya has been my health coach during my pregnancy. She has helped me through 6 months of pregnancy with a customised prenatal yoga plan. I was able to deliver normally and I owe that to Shreya.

She has helped me shed my pregnancy weight and I am now back to my pre pregnancy weight in a month, only because of her guidance.

I learnt Pranayama from Shreya. I can really feel myself breaking through some of the emotional blockages and feel better. She has been there to walk me through any doubts I have.
